2. Information used
Vox Velocity may use professional names, roles, organisations, work email addresses, public website observations, enquiry correspondence, customer instructions, payment references and limited website technical logs.
3. Why it is used
Information is used to operate and secure the website, answer enquiries, assess service suitability, deliver agreed work, administer payments and maintain necessary business records.
4. Personalised business outreach
Vox Velocity manually researches a small number of relevant UK business prospects using public professional sources. Outreach is limited and personalised. No purchased mailing lists, tracking pixels or bulk automation are used.
You may object to direct marketing at any time by replying to a message or emailing hello@voxvelocity.com. A minimal suppression record may be kept to prevent further contact.
5. Providers
Hostinger may process website hosting, email and related technical information. Stripe processes payments where a customer proceeds. Proton Drive may be used for controlled project-file storage and backup. OpenAI tools may be used in a limited and data-minimised way for drafting, analysis or coding support. Professional advisers may receive information where reasonably necessary.
6. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally reviewed after 12 months. Inactive prospect records are reviewed after 90 days and normally deleted or minimised within 12 months. Minimum suppression information is retained while needed to prevent renewed marketing. Core customer, approval and delivery records may be retained for up to six years. Credentials are removed promptly when no longer required.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information. Contact hello@voxvelocity.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Cookies and analytics
No optional analytics, advertising technology or tracking pixels are used during the validation period. Ordinary hosting and security logs may still be created.
9. Security
Vox Velocity uses proportionate measures including restricted access, unique credentials, two-factor authentication where available, controlled storage and backups.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated when services, providers or data flows change. The current version will be published on this page.
